About

Dann (they/them) is a storyteller who focuses on the things that connect us to each other and also the things that makes each of us unique.Dann possesses a Master of Fine Arts in Interdisciplinary Arts with a concentration in Decolonial Arts where they focused on storytelling, community, and inclusive leadership praxis. They are most interested in the intersections of multiple marginalized identities and the complexities related to holding those identities.Dann is an alumni of the Jewish Organizing Institute and Network’s first Jews of Color Organizing Fellowship, as well as a 2024 Storytelling Collective Creative Laureate.In their free time Dann extends their value of belonging into pledging their time to nonprofits dedicated to creating inclusive communities around their particular interest points. They are a committee member of the LARP Community Organizers Retreat, which is co-partnered with the Luminary Roleplay Society. They are also a board member of Powerhouse Blues as the social media & public relations coordinator.Dann’s bitter enemy is stairs, they have a weakness to sweet lokshen kugel, and you can find them causing mild chaos in patterned shirts wherever they go.You can request their resume by sending a message here.
